• Managing your section during lunch and dinner shifts

• Aid in training new staff

• Enthusiastic and positive individual with excellent communication skills
• High energy, curiosity, and quick learning would be highly appreciated
• Previous experience in a high end restaurant, ideally to 2 AA Rosette Level or above (desired but not essential)
• Able to work unsupervised and train younger team members
• Good attention to detail
• Steady career showing progression
