Job Description
IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER | PERMANENT | £50,000 - £60,000
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will lead the daily onsite operational support delivered by our engineering team at Encirc. This team comprises 11 infrastructure specialists based at our three plants: Elton, Derrylin, and Bristol. You will demonstrate strong people management skills and cultivate effective, long-term relationships with both internal and external customers.
Your responsibilities will include, managing and upholding IT security policies and procedures, conducting weekly performance reviews and analysing trends to identify areas for improvement and potential risks, coordinating the resolution of incidents impacting our systems. As well as, overseeing IT projects to ensure successful execution, designing training and development plans for the infrastructure team and conducting personnel appraisals to foster team growth and development.
The Key Requirements
Experience in managing IT teams and IT Projects
IT Security
Experience in IT infrastructure support and end user's support
Knowledge and experience with Office, Internet infrastructures, Servers and Microinformatics Encirc produces up to three billion glass bottles and containers each year, many of which you will find in your homes.
