Bookkeeper
Venture Contrcts is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a well-established and family-run property development company, Specializing in sustainable building projects for both residential and commercial sectors across the South East and Midlands, and are committed to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day financial transactions
* Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns
* Supporting the Finance Director with budgeting and financial reporting
* Assisting with payroll and maintaining accurate financial records
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the construction or property sectors
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
