We are looking for a nursery worker/early years practitioner who is kind and caring, to nurture our amazing children in one of magical rooms. You will help to create a safe, stimulating and exciting environment. It is important that youhave a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a positive team.

We are a homely setting where we care for each and every member of our team. Positive communication and effective team skills are important, we work hard to ensure our team feel fully supported. Ideally, we would be looking for someone who has completed at least their Level 2 childcare qualification but we offer in-house training and development opportunities and do all we can to promote a happy, healthy working environment so we would consider unqualified candidates also.

We use an app for all documentation and support an environment of minimal paperwork, focusing on spending time with the children and ensuring they experience varied daily play and learning opportunities to reach their full potential. We enjoy external curricular activities, going out exploring the local community, to the park where we build cosy dens or to the library for some story time, we even have the farm visit us too on occasion, which the children always love!

This early years practitioner/nursery worker role would be full time over 4 or 5 days and shifts can be discussed and looked at upon meeting. The hours are 07:30-18:30 so shifts would be within this time frame.
