Job Title: Behaviour Buddy
Salary/Rate: £92.49 - £98 per day
Location: Salford
Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy for schools around salford working closely with students who need a great role model and support to increase their confidence in their learning and develop good relationships with other children and peers. This role is on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible!

Behaviour Buddy Role & Responsibilities:
â— Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
â— Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
â— Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
â— Deliver catch-up sessions
â— Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people
â— Must have a passion for education
â— Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
â— Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
