Job Description
Our client are a leading, award-winning construction and property company with a long-standing reputation within the industry. They deliver a wide-range of services including social housing, property, facilities management, refurbishment, energy, and solar.
They are seeking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on social housing refurbishment schemes.
Duties and responsibilities to include assisting with the below:
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast.
Assess, and report any changes that may affect project costs and or time scale.
Assist in the control of contract budgets.
Prepare monthly valuation reports
Submit invoices for certified value and ensure payments are received on time.
Value and authorise payments to sub-contractors.
Attend and contribute to meetings when necessary, building relationships and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Monitor the contract progress
