Nursery Nurse
Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of an independent Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Nursery based near Redhill, Surrey. The nursery are looking for a passionate, experienced and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their quality setting and lovely team in providing children the best early years education and care needed for their development
Key Responsibilities
Building caring relationships with children, families and your team
assist with daily routines, and use your knowledge of child development to assess progress.
Supporting the Room Leader, you'll model best practices and ensure equal opportunities.
Maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with parents
engage respectfully with children, plan awe-inspiring activities to scaffold children’s learning, and document observations and next steps.
Health and safety are of the upmost importance; you'll ensure cleanliness, adhere to dietary requirements, keep attendance records, and administer medication and First Aid as needed.
Complete mandatory training, attend staff meetings, and need to engage in professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality practice and company values are maintained.
Supporting your team members and being a positive role model, who looks to develop and suggest positive changes
