We are currently looking to recruit and Assistant Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel near Hampton Court. As Assistant Restaurant manager you will support in the daily running of this high end, busy hotel restaurant with the support of a great team and Restaurant Manager

The Person
The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have the following:

• Solid experience in Restaurant Management either within a hotel or busy high end restaurant setting
• Confidence to deputise for the Restaurant Manager and support more junior team members
• Proven track record in customer service
• Possess a willingness to meet the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment
