Job Title: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Northampton (5 days per week onsite)
Job Type: Permanent
We are currently working with a large scale, well established IT Services provider, who require a 1st Line Support Enigneer to join their rapidly expanding team! As working as part of the team, you will swiftly handle incoming calls to the Service Desk, effectively prioritising tickets to ensure technical queries are resolved quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for assisting in 1st Line team in overall operation & support for the client's customers.
Skill and experience required:
Previous experience working for an IT Services/MSP organisation
Team player with sexcellent communication and organisational skills
Experience and knowledge across the MS Tech stack which includes Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Servers (2019 & 2022), Microsoft Exchange Server (2019)
Previous experience with O365/Azure would also be beneficial.Due to the location of the client, you must be situated locally to Northampton or be able to drive to client site. Please conisder this before applying for the role.
