Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to join our clients team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and overseeing both direct operatives and subcontracted maintenance providers, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality services that comply with all statutory, regulatory, and safety standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, with responsibilities including recruitment, handling disciplinary issues, appraisals, and performance management. Strong operational finance management skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and high computer literacy are also key advantages.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
Experience with PFI and Hard FM services
Expertise in lifecycle management
Relevant academic qualifications or extensive technical knowledge
Proven experience in Facilities and Asset Management
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
Excellent client relationship and compliance management skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and a strong customer focus
Experience working in high-pressure environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar systems
