Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/Spring Boot

Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role as a Full Stack Engineer at Madhees. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end web development, software development, and implementing cascading style sheets (CSS). This role allows for some remote work flexibility while being primarily based in Hyderabad. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS : - Minimum 6 years of software engineering development experience background working with developing cloud-based enterprise solutions. - Strong knowledge working with REST API, Web services and AWS. - Working experience on Kafka, RabbitMq (messaging queue systems), Caching frameworks. - Experience in programming languages (Node JS). - Experience with frameworks (Spring Boot, Stream processing). - Working experience with databases preferably Postgres. - Experience with code versioning tools, preferably Git (Github, Gitlab, etc) and the branch workflow. - Experience with build automation tools like Maven, Gradle, NPM, WebPack, Grunt. - Experience with DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, AWS). - Sound troubleshooting skills to address code bugs, performance issues and environment issues that may arise. - Good understanding of the common security concerns of high volume publicly exposed systems. - Good problem solving and analytical skills and understanding of various data structures and algorithms. - Experience in working with Agile/Scrum environment. - Iteration Planning. - Actively participate in backlog refinement, grooming sessions in collaboration with other Agile team members. - Actively participate in team planning, retrospectives and contribute to team goals. - Identify the risks and report the risks at the early stage to mitigate that risk. - Volunteer to fix any unforeseen issues and commit to unblock the dependent team/team member.
