Job Description

Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and aligning business strategies with technical solutions? At our Basel site we are looking for a driven Business Process Excellence Lead 100% Your responsibilities Process Mapping & Documentation: Develop comprehensive process maps to visualize workflows, identifying key inputs, outputs, and stakeholders. Use tools like Signavio to document processes for transparency and clarity. Process Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Propose and implement improvements, streamline workflows using automation, and ensure scalability for future growth. Project Management: Lead business-related projects focused on process optimization, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth rollouts and ongoing enhancements. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a liaison between business and IT to align technical solutions with business needs. Organize workshops and focus groups to validate and refine process changes. Data Management & Compliance: Support global data harmonization efforts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Drive organizational change through effective stakeholder communication and support. Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Identify risks and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure reliable, accurate, and compliant business processes. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and system reliability. Your qualifications At least 5 years of experience in a business leadership role, with a strong background in business process analysis, process improvement, and project management. Hands-on experience with SAP S4/Hana and master data management is required. Proficiency with SAP S4/Hana, MS Excel, and process mapping tools such as Signavio. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus. Strong documentation skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationships. Solid understanding of supply chain management and proven ability to drive business transformation through process optimization.
