Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInside Sales Consultant Are you the perfect blend of sales savvy, with a sales side, and project management expertise? Do you have an eye for design and the ability to measure twice and cut once (or at least tell someone else to)? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Rep who’s comfortable juggling multiple accounts, preparing bids and quotes, and negotiating deals that keep clients coming back for more.
Salary range: $40k-$50k plus uncapped commissions. This role has the potential for commissions to double your base salary.
What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow relationships with incoming new and existing clients—no cold calls here!
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs, ensuring their projects are on point (literally and figuratively).
• Prepare bids and quotes that meet client specifications while staying competitive.
• Use your negotiation skills to land deals and close contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Use your project management skills to keep everything running smoothly.
• You will walk your client’s through the cycle from order to installation.

What you bring:

• Experience as a Project Manager, Inside Sales Rep, or perhaps as an Account Manager, ideally with a focus delivering excellent service and results to a client.
• Ability to handle large very details bids that involve many moving parts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills—because keeping clients happy is your thing.
• Not a requirement but if you can calculate dimensions in your sleep you are in the hunt!
