• Every other weekend Required
• Guaranteed 32 hrs a week
• Contract is for 8 weeks

Job SummaryWe want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care

Qualifications

• Active LPN License
• CPR/BLS Certificate
• Covid Vaccine Card / Exemption / Declination
• 2 Professional References
• Physical and TB screening
• Valid Driver’s License . Sate ID and SSN Card
• EMR: Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.
