Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2nd shift 3PM - 11PM or 3rd shift 11p -7:00am

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Work Type: Contract-to-hire with potential for permanent placement

Job Description

As an Autefa Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press machines according to specifications. You will ensure the machine functions efficiently, perform regular inspections, and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Operate and adjust press machines based on customer specifications

Feed raw materials into the machine and inspect products for quality assurance

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery

Keep detailed production records and report any discrepancies or issues

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Prior experience in machine operation is a plus

Knowledge of production processes and safety standards
