**Compensation:** $25 per completed/paid consultation

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner licensed in one or more of our busiest states, including Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, Illinois. The ideal candidate will excel in written communication and be able to manage patient consultations, prescription orders, and follow-up care with precision and care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct text-based consultations with patients, focusing on weight loss and minor urgent care.

- Maintain two spreadsheets with minimal patient data.

- Respond to patients in a reasonable time frame.

- Accurately prescribe medications, following specific dosing protocols, and ensuring all details are managed with care.

- Maintain patient confidentiality, particularly regarding internal cost structures and pricing strategies.

- Provide personalized care, addressing patients by name and offering encouragement and support throughout their treatment.

- Ensure transparency by sending prescription information to patients after every prescription is sent.

- Handle patient inquiries about medication stock, insurance coverage, and prior authorizations, using provided macros and guidelines.

- Exercise discretion in handling patient requests, especially when related to controlled medications or complex medical issues.

**Qualifications:**

- Active Nurse Practitioner license in one or more of the following states: Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, Illinois.

- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in handling prescription orders, dosing protocols, and patient information.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, text-based environment.

- Knows how to work in a spreadsheet and copy and paste functions.

- Experience in weight loss management and/or urgent care is preferred, but not required.

**Compensation:**

- $25 per completed/paid consultation, referring to a paid prescription or invoice fee. Exceptions may apply based on specific case requirements.

**Hours:**

- Flexible hours as an independent contractor. Respond to patients in a reasonable time frame. Respond to patient messages within 3 business hours is preferred.
