**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 10+ years in the Mission Critical, Data Center industry, with over 7 years in a supervisory capacity.
- PMP / PMI certification with a proven track record in project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in technical disciplines like electrical, mechanical, and controls.
- Skilled in resource scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
- Expertise in Risk Management, Budget and Expense Management.
- Ability to navigate a matrix leadership environment, with strong team collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and resolve complex project issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for presenting updates to large audiences.
