We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team based in Dorchester, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office tasks, working with accounting software systems, and handling customer inquiries. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure a smooth workflow

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage financial transactions and records

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction

• Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to customers as needed

• Manage property accounts and take necessary action based on account status

• Process customer applications and maintain accurate records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Prior experience in property management or related field is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct

• Familiarity with property management regulations and laws is beneficial

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
