About the Position:
Hiring a GM/Regional Manager responsible for safety, profitability, management of staff, business development, client relations, and improving top and bottom-line results while creating a consistently positive experience for new and existing clients. The incumbent must possess a moderate level of technical skills, business acumen, and highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
Requirements:
A combination of advanced industry knowledge and substantial leadership experience in:
• Must have asbestos experience.
• Prefer someone with previous fabrication or manufacturing experience.
• Operational experience - managing teams, implementing processes, addressing and solving environmental issues, managing finances, and client liaison for contracts (contract values $5-10M).
• Experienced business unit leader with a comparable organization.
