Opportunity Specifics:

• Contract Type: Locum Tenens

• Setting: Adult Psychiatry

• Start Date: ASAP (expedited Credentialing

• Shift Days: Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)

• Call: NO Call Requirements!

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment to adult patients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various mental health conditions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings.

• Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness.

• Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Texas Medical License.

• Board Certification in Psychiatry.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical psychiatry, with a focus on adult patients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

• Basic Computer Skills
