Remote Virtual Teacher of the Visually Impaired Opportunities for 2024-25 (Full-time/part-time)
VocoVision is a teletherapy provider for independent contractors for school districts across the nation. Our positions are 100% virtual and will allow you to have the flexibility to work remotely all while supporting students in need. We are currently looking for a certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired to provide services for school districts in New York.
Position Details
- 1099 contract
- Full-time or part-time hours
- Zoom Plus application (HIPAA/FERPA compliant)
- Additional details to be discussed during our interview
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Education or related program
- Valid New York certification as a Teacher with a Visual Impairment endorsement
- Two years of experience in a school setting with remote experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with online therapy platforms (Zoom/Teams)
- Capable internet and computer set up for virtual work
