Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Deliver targeted instruction and support to help students achieve their academic and social goals
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to foster a supportive learning environment
- Adjust teaching strategies and materials to meet various learning styles and needs
- Monitor student progress and adapt instructional techniques as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Active MN Special Education Teaching License/Certification
- Previous experience with students who have special needs is preferred
- In-depth understanding of special education laws and best practices
