The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.

NO ON-CALL! Flexible Schedules! Weekly Pay!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative maintenance and other mechanical systems.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 months Multi-Family experience required
• Valid I.D. Required
• Personal, reliable transportation preferred
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
