Experienced Medical Assistant needed for busy facility located in Langrangeville, NY Monday - Thursday from 8am-4:30pm on a long-term contract basis.

• Assist physicians with patient care by taking vital signs and histories and preparing patients for examinations.
• Keep examination rooms clean, stock them with necessary supplies, and prepare them for incoming patients.
• Update patient charts
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow while professionally greeting visitors.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the electronic health record system.
• Perform basic laboratory tests

• Medical Assitant certificate with clinical work experience
• Positive attitude
• Availability to work 8am - 4:30pm, Monday- Thursday
• Flu shot required
