The Position

Support all TA development initiatives in North America and LATAM. Ensure compliance with the global standard recruitment process. Design, drive and rollout TA Capability building initiatives. Collaborate with all TA teams to identify opportunities to create efficiencies. Support with our RPO management performance where applicable, or any other operating model. Responsible for rolling out Talent Acquisition development initiatives aimed at delivering frictionless best-in-class hiring experience for our hiring managers and candidates. Work closely with the core TA teams in North America and LATAM and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with global recruitment process standards and regulatory requirements. Support TA teams’ readiness, designing and implementing standard and ad-Hoc capability building initiatives. Collaborate with key internal and external partners in seeking opportunities to drive innovation and efficiencies, to ensure Novo Nordisk remains competitive in the highly dynamic talent market. Support TA core teams in regions North America and LATAM managing the performance of the RPOs, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Relationship

Reports to a Director in the Global Talent Acquisition CoE, responsible for Global TA Strategy & Execution. Interacts with the Global, TA Strategy & Execution team, TAI and NATA Management team, Global and NA HRIT teams, P&O Digital Development & Analytics team, TRM CoE in International and NA. Also, with some external stakeholders such us External market network, External Vendors (RPOs, Platforms, Relevant consultants). This is an Individual Contributor Job.

  • Support driving the scalability and alignment agenda with the Noth America and LATAM and other TA core teams
  • Shape, implement and continuously refine a frictionless employee and customer experience along Resource My Team journey for Regions North America and LATAM
  • Identify and drive opportunities for continuous automation across TA, reducing manual effort, creating efficiencies, and enhancing overall customer experience
  • Leverage employee/customer data and insights to drive prioritized service, process and technology and further enhance TA service delivery
  • Analyze experience and process performance to demonstrate value, drive adherence to target SLAs and enable strategic and tactical planning and investments
  • Pursue external knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks & opportunities to further advance innovations within Novo Nordisk
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional Team Leaders, understanding their recruitment and business needs and their TA Action Plans
Key Area #2 Capability Building & Operational ExcellencePartner with TA regional leaders to ensure the RPO or any other operating model delivers as per the standard recruitment process, SLAs and KPIsSupport process/experience workstream of “Resource My Team” reimagining TA through innovative service delivery, processes, and technology for Regions North America and LATAM. Contribute to business cases creation to support development and enhancements of the operating modelsLeverage employee/customer/data insights to drive prioritized service, process, and technology solutions to further enhance global service deliveryCoordinate and synchronize efforts with TA delivery teams, GPOS and other CoEs to ensure global standards are implemented to drive a consistent employee experience that is both effective and efficientSupport our focus to become a metrics-driven organizationAct as an SME in terms of TA Partner capability building: by building training plans that are in line with global priorities and global standard process and ensure that they are correctly deployed to enhance recruitment capabilities within our CoE and among other key stakeholders who play a crucial role in all RMT journey, considering legal variancesSupport TA Leads identifying trends, patterns, and areas of improvement based on performance data and recommend solutions to enhance the overall effectiveness of the RPOEnsuring scalability and efficiency in the recruitment process that would increase NN Global TA ability to move resources seamlessly to where the volumes areKey Area #3, CompliancePartner with local teams to ensure all required initiatives, contracts, partners, vendors, processes, and systems within our CoE in Regions North America and LATAM are compliant with all regulationsEngage all relevant stakeholders in the regions in scope and create awareness about individual responsibility in Compliance with GDPR and/or local regulationsAssure payments to our RPO vendors are compliant, timely and in line with the performance defined in SLAs as per the contractsEnsuring process compliance and data integrity both within NN TA and RPO partnersEnsure action plan is in place and support further operationalization activities every time there is a legal requirement that compromises our compliance with local or regional regulationsContribute with data and recommendations to relevant stakeholders during contract negotiationsKey Area #4, Innovation & TechnologyContribute to develop near and long-term talent acquisition innovation strategies to ensure Novo Nordisk remains competitive with constantly evolving talent needs and external talent marketplace demandsPursue external knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks & opportunities to further advance innovations within Novo Nordisk and represent the company when neededPartner with the TA core teams in Regions North America and LATAM to find opportunities to reinvent and significantly advance efforts to positively impact recruiting effectiveness & experience for all critical entry points

Physical Requirements

15% travel required, including international travel.

Qualifications

  • Education Level: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • Experience Level:
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on operational excellence and capability building
  • Have a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, trends, and best practices.
Specific or technical job skills:Capacity to analyze data, market trends, and business needs to develop effective talent acquisition strategiesStrong operational skills are essential to manage the day-to-day activities of the talent acquisition function. This includes experience in recruitment planning, process improvement, vendor management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulationsProficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure recruitment effectiveness, support Regional Team Leads to identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsStrong Project Management skills and will-do attitudeAdaptability to changes, emerging technologies, and industry trendsStrong problem-solving skills to support Team Leaders address regional challenges, optimize processes, and overcome obstaclesAbility to interact with stakeholders at different levels in a clear, concise and diplomatic mannerExperience in leading a team or overseeing recruitment processes is desirableValue-set in line with NN WayExcellent stakeholder management skillsAbility to set direction and deliver impactSolid presentation and communications skillsSolid written and oral communication skills
