Title: Site Director
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Treatment Center – Eating Disorders
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 40hrs/wk
Pay: Based on experience plus full benefits package
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Site Director duties to include but not limited to:
-On-site implementation and ongoing management for all components of the site including daily clinical and administrative operations
-Human resource management of employees
-Oversight of utilization review function, and quality management to ensure licensure and accreditation
-Provides clinical and administrative leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team, clinical supervision, and support to Team Leaders
-This position requires providing service to Adults and adolescents in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served
REQUIREMENTS:
-Master’s degree, PsyD, or Ph.D. in social services field required
-Requires a valid MA License required and can include an LCSW or LMHC
-A minimum of 5 years of upper management experience in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare setting is required
-Experience working with individuals with eating disorders is preferred
