Experienced Project Manager-Construction Manager

About the Company:
We are a $7M Premier Disaster Restoration company based out of Chicago seeking an experienced PM / CM to bring on to our growing team. WE would ideally like someone with strong Mitigation experience. We specialize in single family residential, multi family, retail, industrial and other commercial projects. We have a solid growth plan in place, great culture, offering very competitive compensation and benefits package.


Responsibilities:

• Schedule/coordinate crews, laborers, and subcontractors to jobsite with Production Manager.


• Assist Project Coordinators with obtaining proposals from subs, suppliers, and rental companies.


• Assist Project Coordinators with ordering materials/equipment required for projects and delivery to job site.


• Coordinate with Project Coordinators to maintain effective communication with crews, customers and all involved parties – including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc.


• Build and maintain relationships with claims adjusters, subcontractors, and customers to help generate referrals and new business.


• Work with Project Coordinators to review job estimates for scope accuracy
