Job Title: Pre-Construction Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of pre-construction activities for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-construction phase of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with design teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all pre-construction activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Must Haves:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in pre-construction management or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Procore.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Pluses:

• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
• Experience: Previous experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
