Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bilingual Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the skin beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in sales, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to reach their full potential and meet sales targets.
Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement strategies for improvement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the skin beauty industry.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Qualifications:
6+ years of sales experience in the skin beauty industry or a related field.
Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Bilingual in English and Spanish; excellent communication skills in both languages.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
