Travel LPN / LVN - Long Term Care - $1,360 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Pelham, Georgia.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights

TC LPN - Geriatric/SNF; Start date is 3 weeks from offer; 13 week assignment w possible extension; Some weekends Holidays; Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission)

Required Certifications: BLS
Required Skills: IV Start, Triage

Minimum 2 years LTC experience required; Previous travel experience required; No required scrub color (scrubs not provided); Cerner required

*Qualivis submission form required on all submissions; References, Skills Checklist, updated NURSYS and copy of DL to prove 50-mile radius (candidates with an address at or under 31-50 miles from where assigned will be considered but bill rate will be reduced by $5/hr)* Candidates living within 30 miles will be redirected
