Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location:Tuscaloosa, AL
Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a BCBA in Tuscaloosa, AL, to support students across multiple schools. You'll conduct behavior assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with staff and families to address studentsneeds.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analysis services and create individualized plans.
• Work with teachers, staff, and parents to implement strategies.
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions.
• Ensure compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Current license or certification in behavior analysis or a related area.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Masters degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Experience working with students or clients with behavioral challenges.
