Manages ambiguity and provides clarity in highly complex projects with demonstrated ability to scope and analyze cross-functional problems to implement solutions. Requires in-depth industrial knowledge with various branches of the engineering profession, for example electrical, plumbing, mechanical, maintenance or plant engineering. Project Management expertise with high project scope and value-add initiatives. * Prioritization- Utilizing knowledge of facilities best practices with attention to detail with the aim to maximize efficiency, improve project planning and maintain safety standards. This requires the ability to prioritize projects and ability to notice areas where improvements could be made. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. * Communication (Internal & External)- Highly experienced communicator (written and verbal). Able to work in a matrixed organization, given and receive appropriate direction across, disciplines, fields of responsibility and organizational levels. Able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action and while creating an environment of trust and innovation. * Analysis and Implementation- Knowledge of financial/managerial accounting and activity-based costing. Experience in preparing and presenting leadership-ready comprehensive documents. * Mentoring- Mentors Facilities Engineer I and II. Ensuring standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met within scope of work. Works with Leadership team to leverage project work to cross-training personnel to upskill and develop team exposure and competency.
