What We're Looking For:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Masters degree with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Your Job Will Include:

Behavioral Assessments
Conduct in-depth evaluations to understand the root causes of students' behaviors.

Crafting Personalized Treatment Plans
Design individualized plans with specific goals to guide students on their path to success.

Implementing Effective Intervention Strategies
Develop and execute Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aimed at managing challenging behaviors and fostering positive changes.
