Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for a school-based opportunity? We have an immediate opening in Lindstrom, MN! Join our team and help make a difference in the lives of students.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time
- Location: On-site
- Rate: $22-28/hr
- Caseload: K-12
Role Overview:
As an RBT with ProCare Therapy, youll play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges by implementing tailored behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You'll work closely with students, providing individualized instruction and ensuring a consistent approach to behavior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred.
- RBT certification for Minnesota is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and team members.
Compensation & Benefits:
