Description:
ProCare Therapy is hiring a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in Lyndeborough, NH, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves working one-on-one with a student outside of the classroom setting in a non-intensive program. The position is available immediately and will continue through June 2025. We are also open to candidates with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to a student outside the classroom.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Document and report on student behavior, progress, and interventions.
- Adapt strategies and approaches based on student needs and program requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid RBT certification or ABA experience.
- Previous experience working with students in a behavioral support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working onsite and with a non-intensive program.
