Key Responsibilities:

Demand Management (50%):

  • Use relevant statistical tools to refine sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales to discover potential trends and translate them into actionable forecasts
  • Incorporate newly released products into the monthly forecasting process.
  • Engage in Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) activities
  • Maintain the master schedule in the ERP (JD Edwards)
  • Optimize and improve demand planning processes
  • Join forces with the Culligan global team of Demand Planners, sparking creativity and fostering innovation.

Planning (20%)

  • Determine appropriate finished goods stocking levels, leveraging both history and forecast to adapt to demand variation
  • Serve as a key user in our ERP ecosystem (JD Edwards), wielding knowledge across all planning layers to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Design future planning processes as we transition to a new ERP

Purchasing (30%)

  • Release FG purchase orders to internal international expedite team
    • Oversee FG order to ensure timely arrival
  • Ensure timely transfer of spare parts from manufacturing to the distribution center
  • Use MRP to release Purchase Orders for non-manufactured spare parts

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, procurement, production, and logistics, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively work in team environment across multi-functional disciplines
  • Good planning and organization skills; self-starter with solid problem-solving ability
  • Proven experience in procurement, planning or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, but will strongly consider someone with 5+ years’ experience in lieu of degree
  • Additional Licensing or Certification in Purchasing and/or Inventory Control Disciplines a plus
