Established solar company is looking for a full-time administrative support. We are looking for a rock star. You could be a recent college grad or a seasoned project manager with a proven track record. We are willing to train the right individual but the skills required to succeed are

· Strong work ethic

· Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes challenging environment

· Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and innovate where necessary

· Aspire to grow into a leadership role in the relatively future

Day to day responsibilities include:

· Facilitating solar interconnection approvals, permitting, and installation logistics.

· Scheduling and coordinating project pipeline to ensure timely project completion and field team productivity -making it happen to keep the team busy and keep customers happy. Unexpected challenges are inevitable -you use, creativity and tenacity to overcome them whenever possible

· Ongoing communication with clients, customers, and fellow team members -setting accurate expectations. When we cannot meet expectations you get ahead of it so everyone knows there is a new plan.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and contribution.
