Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team in Poway, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control and inspection, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Utilize mathematical skills to perform precise measurements and calculations.
• Operate and maintain various measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Document and report inspection results, identifying any defects or non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in quality control or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
