- Assist and support Office Supervisor and site Managers on projects and daily business needs
- Assist customers with immediate needs
- Assist with external and internal vendor relations, with payment of invoices, new vendor/customer setup, and resolution of any vendor issues
- Organize and coordinate staff and other meetings, including preparing materials pertaining to agenda items, following up with staff members regarding the status of action items
- Schedule appointments and complete follow-ups
- Confirm customer information
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required
- Experience with a multi-phone line system preferred
- Must be comfortable in a VERY fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to evolving external environment and organization
- Must be proactive and organized
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher is a plus
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
