Pridestaff is currently looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant with a pleasant demeanor, who is proactive and computer savvy for a great company in Hollywood! Please apply today

  • Assist and support Office Supervisor and site Managers on projects and daily business needs
  • Assist customers with immediate needs
  • Assist with external and internal vendor relations, with payment of invoices, new vendor/customer setup, and resolution of any vendor issues
  • Organize and coordinate staff and other meetings, including preparing materials pertaining to agenda items, following up with staff members regarding the status of action items
  • Schedule appointments and complete follow-ups
  • Confirm customer information

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required
  • Experience with a multi-phone line system preferred
  • Must be comfortable in a VERY fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to evolving external environment and organization
  • Must be proactive and organized
  • Previous experience as a Dispatcher is a plus
  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
