Survey Department Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Survey General Manager to lead and oversee our survey department.

As the Survey Department Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of surveying projects and the overall management of the survey department. You will be responsible for leading a team of survey professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality surveying services, and contribution to the growth and success of the company.

How You Contribute:

  • Provide strong leadership to the survey department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of surveyors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of survey projects in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of surveying services into overall project timelines.
  • Manage project budgets and financial performance.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their surveying needs and providing responsive solutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in surveying software and tools, including AutoCAD, GIS, and Total Stations.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality survey data.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments and adapt to challenging field conditions.
