Job Summary:
As an Auto Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs. Your role involves building strong relationships, understanding customer preferences, and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of various models.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare sales contracts, and follow up with customers post-sale.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have one year or more of prior and recent dealership sales or related experience
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
