Position Overview:
The Payroll Specialist will manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, particularly with ADP software.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
Ensure accurate recording of time and attendance data.
Maintain payroll records and files, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
Assist in year-end processing, including W-2 preparation.
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in ADP payroll software is essential.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
