Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of an HR Coordinator to join our team located in MARIETTA, Georgia. This role is an integral part of our team, offering support across various HR functions, ensuring a positive employee experience, and fostering an inclusive workplace. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions and facilitating necessary training.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews for various positions within the company.
• Help organize training programs and workshops, ensuring all materials and resources are available for participants.
• Support the performance evaluation process by tracking deadlines and assisting managers with evaluation forms and feedback.
• Input and update employee information in the HR Information System, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the industry.
• Help plan and coordinate employee engagement events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Ability to use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce software
• Experience with About Time software
• Strong skills in auditing
• Experience with conducting background checks
• Understanding of benefit functions
• Excellent communication skills
