Techs will be supporting Client to finish their current project at CyrusOne Data Center in Chandler for the next 3-4 weeks. Then on 9/1 the entire team will be transferring over to Iron Mountain Data Center in Phoenix to do the same tasks for that location. The CyrusOne Data Center campus has a fully functioning live data center side and a pre-construction side, these team of cable technicians will be spend the majority of their time at CyrusOne working on the pre-construction side and then transfer to the live side from time to time.

Description:
Running CAT 6, Fiber for a variety of systems and cameras for whatever the system is that the client will disclose. Examples could be running cables for EPMS or BAS etc. These techs will be installing cable trays for the cable/fiber and help run the backbone to connect into existing buildings on campus, along with other miscellaneous tasks that comes with in-doors and externally to a data center environment.
Main job duties will include installing basket trays, roughing in the cables (copper/fiber), final dressing, labeling, testing, etc.

****THESE TECHS NEED AN OSHA 10 CERT TO WALK ON SITE****

Additional Skills & Qualifications

OSHA 10 CERT IS MANDATORY BEFORE HIRE
Electrical background running conduit is preferred as well if no DC experience

IRON MTN: Both pre-construction, but more live data center environment that techs will be working in.

Looking for a cable technician with experience in data centers or large commercial buildings.

Shifts go from: 6:00 AM– 2 PM
- 8 hour shifts as of now
- Any time worked over 40 hours is x1.4
- 6 month contract with potential for extension/full time placement
