Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKimco Staffing is seeking a Water Quality Coordinator to join their team.
The responsibilities of this position will involve access to information that may be considered confidential, private and sensitive. Therefore, the individual filling this position will be required to both allow and pass a background check.
Job description: Tasks to be performed: General administrative tasks including but not limited to:
Enter backflow prevention test report data into the company’s CC&B database
Using a state portal, enter production and water quality data and information for the electronic Annual Report (regulatory report)
Manage water quality laboratory reports by downloading, saving, and comparing data As directed.
Perform other administrative tasks such as filing documents electronically, make updates or changes to word or excel files
Skills required:
Attention to detail is important
General knowledge of word and excel
Ability to learn database applications
Ability to email and communicate professionally.
Water Quality Coordinator position up to a six month assignment.
Hours 8am – 5pm
Hourly Rate $24.00 - $26.00
