Contract

Hybrid - Atlanta, GA area (no relo)

No C2C, No H1B

The Consultant will:

• Assist Department personnel in the implementation of new engineering software

• Serve as one of the Administrators for the Department’s Engineering Document Management system

• Support the Department’s electronic file exchange tool for internal and external staff

• Provide day to day user support

• Assist in maintaining the Department’s Engineering Software standards and documentation

• Develop/conduct engineering software user training sessions

• Document/revise existing and new business processes to meet new/revised engineering software requirements

• Develop engineering software best practices

Qualifications:

• Experience in developing technical documentation – Required (2 years)

• Experience working in an Architectural or Engineering environment – Required (5 years)

• Competent in the use of MS Office suite – Required (5 years)

• 2 years of experience using/supporting document management systems (Bentley ProjectWise preferred)

• Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions (preferred)

• Familiarity with ServiceNOW (a plus!)
