Performance Management Analyst-Secret Cleared

Blu Omega is seeking a highly motivated Performance Management Analyst and Senior Consultant to join our team supporting a strategic performance management initiative for a federal client. This role involves gathering and refining performance management metrics, working with stakeholders, and collaborating with developers to create impactful performance visualization dashboards using Power BI. You will play a key role in driving program success by ensuring continuous improvement of processes and reporting, while keeping leadership informed with clear, data-driven insights. This role is Hybrid, and does require an Active DoD Secret Level clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and driving work within a structured performance management framework.
• Gather and analyze client requirements for BIM program performance management, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating visual reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement performance management metrics, ensuring the capture and visualization of data in Power BI dashboards.
• Facilitate testing sessions with stakeholders for metrics evaluation and dashboard design, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Provide training to performance management stakeholders on processes, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously socialize and communicate updates on performance management processes and tools with key stakeholders, ensuring their seamless integration into the client’s operations.

Required:

• Proven experience in program performance management design, including the ability to develop and implement performance management strategies.
• Strong facilitation skills, particularly in focus group management and the ability to gather, validate, and document stakeholder requirements.
• Expertise in process flow design and journey mapping to ensure alignment of program objectives with business goals.
• DoD Secret Clearance (Active or ability to obtain).

Desirable:

• Excel analysis expertise, particularly in manipulating and presenting data in a clear and actionable format.
• Familiarity with Power BI for creating interactive and informative dashboards that drive decision-making processes.

Work Schedule:

• This position is hybrid, with the expectation to be on-site for key meetings, client events, or important deliverables. Must be flexible.

Salary: $80,000 – 105,000

• Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
