Contract

We are seeking a dedicated Computer Operations Coordinator to join our team under general supervision, reporting directly to a functional manager. The contractor will play a key role in ensuring the stability and integrity of data and server services through comprehensive monitoring, support, and optimization of all computer operations equipment and processes. This role includes 24/7 on-call responsibilities shared with the team.

• Prioritize and manage the resolution of numerous issues within accepted service levels, ensuring timely updates in the Helpdesk system.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness to customer tickets.
• Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions for customer issues related to backup configuration and recovery.
• Develop and implement workaround solutions as needed.
• Perform equipment and software upgrades.
• Maintain familiarity with current computer and network products.

• DORWAY Production Schedules (preferred)
• Network Operations
• High Volume Printing
• High Volume Inserting
• Expert Level in SolarWinds, OneNote, and Microsoft Office Applications
• Working Knowledge of Diverse High Volume Machinery

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Four years of experience in Information Technology Systems or related areas
