Software Engineer

** CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP-SECRET SCI (TS/SCI) SECURITY CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE!!

Position: TS/SCI Software Engineer

Location: ONSITE in San Antonio, TX at JBSA-Lackland

Duration: 6-month contract-to-permanent

Pay Rate: $40-45/hour (depending on experience)

Must Haves:

• Active Top-Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
• 5 years of embedded software programming experience
• C and C++ development experience

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a TS/SCI Software Engineer at Lackland Air Force Base. They will be responsible for software engineering, development and maintenance tasks to include analysis, design, development, integration, debugging, troubleshooting, building, testing and documentation of system software and related applications and databases. Technical support to configure, setup, test and validate the software development and test environment, maintain configuration management, quality assurance and activities that cover the full software lifecycle process.
