Job Description:

• Developing inbound call flows using data inputs ,data actions and Genesys Cloud API.
• Developing in queue flow ,outbound flow, email, and chat.
• Script development for screen pop and updating the script in call flows before transferring.
• 5 to 10+ years of Voice and Omnichannel experience required.
• Jira users.
• Agile experienced. Providing Business As Usual IVR call flow change support. New call flow build support. Mentoring/Coaching others team members.
• Elevated troubleshooting experience.
